An offline-capable ambient AI scribe built for community and home-care nurses who chart from a car, a client's kitchen table or a reserve with no signal.
The problem
Most ambient scribes assume reliable connectivity and a clinic workflow, while community nurses often work across homes, vehicles and rural areas with no signal.
The approach
CliniQuill captures voice, photos and documents on-device, saves every visit as a local draft and synchronises it against the correct longitudinal case when connectivity returns.
